- Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For replacements, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
